We are seeking an experienced Amazon Category Manager

To drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance for the Visuals Accessories categories across Amazon marketplaces in Europe. This role combines category management, e-commerce strategy, analytics, and advertising optimization in an international environment. Working closely with Amazon and cross-functional teams, you will identify growth opportunities, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business results through data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Amazon contacts and cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global teams to drive business objectives.
  • Manage product assortment, inventory performance, and operational topics including availability, excess stock, and listing issues.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising activities while monitoring return on investment.
  • Enhance product listings, digital shelf presence, and content quality to improve customer experience and sales performance.
  • Manage and optimize key performance indicators including TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, profitability, and return rates.
  • Monitor category performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Define and execute category growth plans, promotional strategies, and commercial initiatives across Amazon Europe.

What We Look For

  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach and focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Professional English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital shelf management, content optimization, and performance marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into business actions.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon marketplaces, e-commerce channels, or online retail categories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
