About Us

The Future of Impact Alliance is rewriting the playbook on global transformation. We don’t believe in "sustainability" as a mere buzzword, nor do we believe AI should just be used to speed up the rat race. We are building a global ecosystem across four disruptive pillars: Wellness for Impact, Beyond Sustainability, AI for Impact, and Creative Impact.

To scale this across Europe, we are launching the Impact Coaching Coalitions alongside a powerful Coaching Support Network designed to empower coaches with cutting-edge business skills and AI training.

We have the intellectual property. We have the framework. We have the network. Now, we need the builder.

The Reality Check (Read This Before You Apply)

This is not a salaried position, it is a Co-Founder arrangement meaning all renumeration will be on a revenue sharing basis.

Let’s be entirely transparent. If your first question during an interview is, "What is the marketing budget?" or "When are we raising the next investment round so I can hire an agency?"—this role is not for you.

We are looking for a true entrepreneurial CEO. A rainmaker. Someone who understands Pillar 4 of our framework: Creative Impact—the art of maximizing results and doing immense good without simply spending more money. We don't need a manager of existing wealth; we need a creator of momentum.

The Role

The ideal candidate is someone who has played the game, built a business, and found that it didn't fulfill them as it was all finance, no real lasting Impact.

As the Europe CEO, you will own the commercial growth and ecosystem strategy for the continent. You won't be sitting in an ivory tower; you will be on the ground activating two parallel revenue engines:

  • The Coaching Support Network: Packing immediate, immense value (AI training, business skills) to pull existing coaches into our ecosystem, creating a decentralized, organic sales force.
  • Enterprise B2B Sales: Using a scrappy, relationship-driven "Trojan Horse" strategy to land major corporate clients right out of the gate, helping them audit and align their standard business expenses with measurable impact goals.

  • The Ultimate Hustler: You know how to open doors, command a room, and close enterprise-level deals using organic positioning, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships—not expensive paid ads.
  • Systems & Impact Obsessed: You deeply resonate with our fundamental tenets:
    • Wellness for Impact - Helping people who only help themselves/their families isn't enough anymore.
    • AI for Impact - AI should be used to enhance the human experience and give businesses the bandwidth to generate good revenue AND have an Impact, not simply accelerate the Rat Race.
    • Beyond Sustainability - Checklists and compliance won't solve these problems, and ignoring the root causes of non-sustainable systems leads to treatments, not cures.
    • Creative Impact - Maximize Your Impact: Before you can really create a meaningful Social Impact Platform you have to analyze all of your resources, including your influence, your network, and your creativity.
