Company Description

The World Spirit of the Game Foundation is a global coalition that helps individuals and organizations take Personal Accountability for Maximizing their (positive) Impact on society. We operate simultaneously as a Think Tank, NGO, and Social Movement, while licensing our IP to Impact Coaching Global, our for-profit oriented fundraising arm.

Role Description

We are looking for a Europe Chief of Staff to oversee all 3 of our teams; this is a "Volunteer to start" position which means that there is no salary or hourly wage, but once you've completed onboarding you will be eligible to participate in the revenue sharing plans for the Premium Events, Premium Memberships, and Premium Coaching/Consulting offerings. We also have a referral program for our volunteer base which is 50-100% higher than our standard referral program.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
