Job Description
The Europe Key Account Manager (EKAM) is a newly created, strategic role designed to unlock significant growth opportunities within the European market. Focused on EU-centric multinationals, the EKAM will bridge gaps by identifying and securing new strategic business while elevating high-potential local accounts to regional status. This role will be reporting into the Sales Excellence Director Europe.

Responsibilities include:

Strategic Account Leadership
- Lead and scale key multi-country accounts across Europe, acting as the central point of coordination between local and regional teams.
- Ensure full contract compliance and service consistency across all European markets.
- Promote best practices and support continuous process improvement to enhance regional account management effectiveness.

New Business Development
- Identify and secure new strategic accounts headquartered in the EU, targeting a segment of large multinationals.
- Elevate "Large Local" accounts with growth potential to regional status.
- Generate leads and support in-country teams to drive long-term revenue across the region.

Revenue Growth & Retention
- Drive organic growth through structured upselling, cross-selling, and footprint expansion within existing accounts.
- Maintain high retention rates (Target: 90%+) for European regional and global accounts.
- Utilise data analysis to identify proactive risk mitigation strategies and accurate forecasting.

- Client Relationship & Collaboration
- Foster long-term partnerships with regional stakeholders, leading business reviews (QBRs) and delivering innovation updates.
- Work closely with local Key Account Managers to ensure alignment between market-level delivery and regional opportunities.
- Centralise knowledge and data to streamline cross-border communication and problem-solving.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 3 - 5 years of Account Management experience
- A proven track record in National or Regional Account Management, preferably within sectors such as Facilities Management (FM), Food & Beverage Processing, Retail, Logistics, or Pharma.
- A strong understanding of complex commercials, multi-market contracts, and tender completion.
- The ability to act as a "Strategic Connector," aligning diverse market-level teams toward regional goals.
- Are motivated for senior sales leadership; capable of managing high-value portfolios and demanding global stakeholders.

Additional Information
This role is working as part of the Europe Regional team, and so can be based out of any of our regional offices. The role will involve travel across Europe.
