THE POSITION
We have a strong heritage in Europe given that the initial proposition of the company was The Big Short Break, which focused a lot on Europe. Key regions of interest include: Italy, Greece, Portugal, Spain, France, Croatia, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. As a company, our goal is to offer detailed itineraries, organised by true specialists, and delivered with a service that is above and beyond that being offered by any competitor. We seek candidates who feel they can support this vision.
This position is a very hands-on role and the successful candidate will be passionate about Europe, be highly organised, driven, be an excellent communicator, and clearly understand our customers’ needs. Remuneration and its related package will include a competitive salary and a range of benefits befitting such a position. We are inviting applications both externally and internally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
