In this role, you will develop strategic relationships with cardiothoracic centers, drive clinical adoption through education and collaboration, and work cross-functionally to translate regional strategy into account-level execution that delivers sustainable business growth.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within Europe, ideally close to an international airport.

- Develop and execute account plans to build clinical partnerships and activate new growth opportunities.
- Provide clinical support during procedures, partnering with healthcare teams to help ensure successful case planning and execution.
- Build long-term relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and other key stakeholders to support clinical adoption and appropriate product utilization.
- Support education and training initiatives, including case planning, workshops, site visits, and peer-to-peer learning.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and category teams to execute the EMEA cardiothoracic strategy.
- Serve as a cardiothoracic subject matter expert, providing support and insights to country teams across the region.
- Monitor commercial performance and share customer insights, market trends, and adoption opportunities to inform future strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
