Our Commercial Team is now looking for a European Commercial Controller based in London!

Your Next Pour: The Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the European 3-year commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with category trends, customer needs, and growth priorities, identifying where to play and how to win.
  • Accountable for delivery of the UKI commercial plan.
  • Drive execution excellence across UKI accounts to improve visibility and awareness of the TBG brands in-store.
  • Responsible for financial performance, including litres, net revenue, and margin across the UKI business.
  • Shape and steer the European QSR beverage strategy for TBG.
  • Influence customer menu strategies, innovation pipelines, and category direction.
  • Drive alignment on European initiatives relating to reformulation, packaging, sustainability, and supply chain optimisation.
  • Own TBG commercial solutions, including product portfolio strategy, pricing frameworks, and the evaluation of new solutions, innovation opportunities, and operational changes, ensuring scalability across markets.
  • Serve as the primary commercial partner to customer procurement, supply chain, and category teams, while owning key UKI customer relationships.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across Tropicana and strategic QSR partners.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and collaboration to ensure full alignment and engagement, built on trust and shared purpose.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and robust financial controls, while ensuring audit readiness and compliance across the UK.

This role is London Based (United Kingdom) and it will be required to come to our office 2 to 3 days a week!

More about the opportunity: A chance to make a difference

This role acts as a central conductor of TBG ambitions across sales, category strategy, and solution development. It will lead the execution of the UKI QSR strategy, building and delivering a three-year plan that aligns with growth priorities and translates strategic objectives into scalable, market-ready solutions. Working closely with internal teams, the role will bring these plans to life through consumer insights, category-based selling, and creative commercial planning.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, the role will support customer negotiations, innovation programs, and supply chain changes to deliver efficiencies and mutual benefits while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering strong customer relationships.

The Controller will also act as the European owner of key strategic partnerships and programmes, ensuring the business delivers profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value across all channels.
