About CHEP CHEP helps transport more goods to more people, in more places than any other organisation on the planet, using over 347 million pallets, crates, and containers. With 13,000 employees across 60 countries, we operate a pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model. Our world’s biggest brands trust us to move their goods more efficiently, safely, and with less environmental impact.

You’ll bring your true self to work, collaborate with a diverse, high-energy team, and enjoy work-life balance via our Hybrid Work Model.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to shape and drive Demand Planning across Europe, overseeing a multi-country environment and defining the future of scalable, demand-led decision-making.

This is a high-impact role, accountable for: ✅ Creating a single, fact-based demand view for Europe ✅ Aligning commercial, supply chain, and financial stakeholders ✅ Accelerating transformation through data, analytics, and planning excellence

You’ll report to senior leadership and partner across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance—standardising, governing, and stretching performance across the entire planning cycle.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute European Demand Planning strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and performance goals.
  • Single Source of Truth: Own and orchestrate unified demand data—proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • Performance Excellence: Improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and enable better decision-making.
  • Scenario Planning: Lead demand-led decision support, testing assumptions in a dynamic market.
  • Process Standardisation: Implement and embed S&OP / S&OE frameworks, governance, and best practices across Europe.
  • Data-Driven Planning: Leverage analytics and market insights to drive measurable improvement.
  • European Demand Review: Facilitate aligned forecasting, budgets, and commercial strategy workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Connect Commercial, Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders for cohesive decision-making.
  • Team Development: Build and strengthen demand planning capability, enhancing skills, accountability, and mindset.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
