Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a European Employee Relations and Policy Manager with professional experience in complex ER casework, management of employee representative bodies, and the implementation and management of HR policies. You will be part of the European Office People Team (EOPT), which supports, guides, and collaborates with 19 different People Teams across 35+ countries in Europe. You will partner with members of different People Teams and employee representatives while reporting to the Director of Talent Management for Europe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships within the different regional People Teams.
  • Collaborate and work with the European-level employee representative committee, the EO People Team, Suwon Office, European Employee Relations Office (EEO), Shared Service Centre, and regional People Teams while coordinating with your line manager.
  • Work with external employment lawyers and consultants as needed.
  • Support investigations of regional-level ER matters by conducting interviews, creating reports, and educating People Team colleagues across Europe on ER and HR processes.
  • Effectively communicate with employee representatives and People Team members and take the initiative to form regional-level HR policies based on the specific needs of the subsidiaries. This includes not only proposing solutions to ER cases but also developing wider HR policies.
  • Manage day-to-day casework across Europe where the European People Team is involved and reporting cases to EOPT leadership.
  • Collaborate with EOPT and subsidiary People Teams in proposing and developing new ER processes while ensuring continuous process improvement.

  • Identify regional and global ER trends to propose recommendations and implement improvements.
  • Ensure that all regional HR policies and ER documents, contracts, and agreements are up-to-date by periodically reviewing them in collaboration with the COEs in accordance with any relevant legal changes or business requirements.
  • Actively lead assigned regional HR projects with an ER focus.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc audit and compliance tasks related to ER and HR policies.
  • Manage regional grievance and disciplinary policies and provide support during the process when EOPT is involved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
