European Internal Audit Manager
London | Hybrid | European Travel | £95,000 + Benefits
We're looking for a bright, ambitious and people-focused auditor who wants more than a traditional internal audit role.
If you enjoy travelling, building relationships, understanding how businesses really work and adding genuine commercial value, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're partnering with a growing, PE-backed international engineering and project services business to appoint a European Internal Audit Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a broad, commercially focused role with real exposure to senior leadership. You'll work closely with the Group CFO, Executive Team and leaders across Europe, helping to strengthen controls, improve processes and support the continued growth of the business.
This isn't about ticking boxes.
It's about partnering with the business, identifying opportunities, reducing risk and helping drive positive change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
