European Marketing & Communications Manager
We're partnering with an established international consumer products business to recruit a European Marketing & Communications Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative European marketing team, taking ownership of regional campaigns, helping shape future marketing strategy and working with colleagues across multiple countries.

The Role
Supporting marketing activity across the European region, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering integrated campaigns, creating engaging marketing communications and ensuring brand consistency across multiple markets.
Working closely with regional stakeholders, you'll help shape next year's marketing strategy whilst also overseeing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, content and marketing materials. It's a varied role offering genuine ownership, collaboration and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple European markets.
- Collaborate with regional teams to create engaging marketing content and campaign assets.
- Manage digital marketing activity, brand communications and campaign performance across a range of channels.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives.
- Use market insight and campaign performance to help shape future marketing strategy and drive continuous improvement.

About You
We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys working across both strategy and delivery.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns within a consumer products, retail or premium brand environment.
- Previous exposure to European or international marketing, working across multiple markets or supporting regional marketing activity.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including websites, social media, campaign analytics and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across different countries and functions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Location
This is a hybrid role based in Reading, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home. Suitable for candidates commuting from Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Slough, High Wycombe, Basingstoke, Guildford and the surrounding areas of Berkshire and the Home Counties.
