Senior European Partner Manager
Basing: Home‑based (with minimal travel) | Reporting: Directly to CEO | Industry: Enterprise SaaS & Consulting Ecosystem
Assima is a global technology company accelerating digital adoption for enterprise organizations. Leveraging our award-winning platform, we enable hyper-realistic training and performance support for complex business applications—serving leaders across some of the world’s largest companies. With rapid expansion in Europe, we’re seeking an ambitious European Partner Manager to drive strategic partnerships, report directly to the CEO, and shape critical alliances with global consulting and transformation firms.
About the Role
This is a high-impact senior position focused on growing Assima’s relationships with premium consulting partners, including: ✔ KPMG ✔ PwC ✔ IBM ✔ Accenture ✔ Deloitte
The role demands a C-level mindset, deep expertise in the consulting ecosystem, and the ability to convert partnerships into measurable revenue growth.
The position is home-based with minimal travel, while most engagements (demos, enabling, customer interactions) are conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy
- Build and expand relationships with top-tier consulting/transformation firms across Europe.
- Shape market positioning and joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners.

Revenue Growth through Partnerships
- Drive partner-led pipeline: Enablement, account mapping, and joint Go-To-Market (GTM) activities.
- Influence customer decisions: Engage C-suite stakeholders at both partner organisations and enterprise clients.
- Deliver virtual engagements: Conduct demos, enabling workshops, and collaboration sessions via Microsoft Teams.
- Support through customer lifecycle: Assist in scoping, proposal development, and commercial alignment.

Market Expansion
- Identify and onboard new consulting and Systems Integrator (SI) partners to expand reach.

Strategic Reporting
- Provide the CEO with regular updates on partner performance, pipeline health, risks, and growth opportunities.

Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5–10+ years: In partner management, alliances, or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Track record: Proven success collaborating with major consulting firms (KPMG, PwC, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte).
- Commercial experience: Strong history of partner-led enterprise sales.
- Stakeholder management: Extensive experience engaging at C-level and navigating complex ecosystems.
- Remote-led landscape: Comfortable with virtual-first engagement models.
