At Bauer Media Audio, we connect millions of listeners with the content they love every day. As part of the Audio Central Team, you'll collaborate with commercial, data, and technology teams across Europe to grow our programmatic audio ads business and create new opportunities for advertisers.
The Difference You Will Make
As European Programmatic Audio Specialist, you'll help drive programmatic revenue growth across Bauer's audio portfolio. Acting as a trusted partner to local markets, you'll support commercial teams with strategy, capability building, and campaign delivery, while strengthening relationships with key advertising partners across Europe.
You'll play an important role in bringing new programmatic products to market, sharing best practice, and helping Bauer maximize the value of its premium audio inventory.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for accelerating the adoption and growth of Bauer's programmatic audio offering across multiple European markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving demand and revenue growth through DSPs, agency trading desks, and programmatic partners.
- Supporting the delivery of multi-market programmatic campaigns.
- Developing relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and local market teams.
- Providing training, best practice, and commercial support to local teams.
- Monitoring campaign performance, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction.
- Working with product and ad tech teams to launch new programmatic solutions.
- Sharing market insights, trends, and recommendations across Bauer markets.

The Skills You Will Bring
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising, digital media sales, or ad tech.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and the wider programmatic ecosystem.
- Experience working across multiple markets or managing international partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in digital audio or audio advertising would be advantageous.
