European Sales Manager – Nursery & Baby Products

DACH, France & Nordics
Hybrid role with travel across Europe

Hiring for a bilingual Sales Manager, fluent in English and German

The Opportunity

This isn't a maintenance role—it's a growth role. You'll accelerate our commercial expansion across DACH, France and the Nordics, developing strategic retail and distributor partnerships while growing existing accounts. You'll join at an exciting stage of our European journey where your ideas, relationships and commercial expertise will directly influence our success.

  • Proven experience within the nursery, juvenile or baby products industry (essential).
  • Hiring for a bilingual Sales/Account Manager, fluent in English and German.
  • French, Italian or Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Experience selling to or managing European nursery retailers and distributors.
  • An established network across DACH, France and/or the Nordics is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months you'll have strengthened existing partnerships, secured new retailers and distributors in priority markets, increased market penetration and built a robust pipeline to support the next phase of Love to Dream™'s European growth.

Your First 90 Days

  • Build relationships with key retail and distributor partners.
  • Take ownership of existing strategic accounts.
  • Identify priority growth opportunities and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Become the commercial voice of Love to Dream™ across your markets.

Our priority markets are Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH), France and the Nordics. You'll collaborate with leading retailers, distributors, marketing partners and attend industry events such as Kind + Jugend.
