Location: UK (Travel across EMEA required) Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent
About the Role

As a European Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting high-profile clients, working with advanced systems, and building strong international relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across:
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems
- Intruder alarm systems
- Supporting small installation works as required
- Providing a professional, high-quality client-facing service experience on site
- Diagnosing and efficiently resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing own travel arrangements and workload across multiple locations
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Submitting timesheets and expenses in a timely manner

About You
We’re looking for a technically strong, self-motivated engineer who can deliver excellence while building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Qualifications or Experience:
- A recognised industry qualification (e.g., NVQ) OR minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fire and security industry
- Proven experience working with:
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems
- Intruder alarms
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving expertise, able to work under pressure with a calm and professional approach
- Experience in client-facing roles with a polished, presentable teams approach
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficient in IT systems and quick adaptation to new technologies

Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
- Relevant health & safety certifications (e.g., ECS/CSCS, IPAF, PASMA) are advantageous
What’s On Offer
- Excellent pay: £40,000 – £42,000**, with paid overtime available
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
