FMG Global European Sustainability Manager

Why This Role Matters

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable beef production in Europe. Working across the supply chain, you'll partner with producers, suppliers, industry leaders, and customers to deliver practical sustainability solutions that improve farm resiliency, support climate and nature goals, and strengthen the long-term sustainability of the beef sector.

Who We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be someone who combines agricultural expertise, sustainability leadership, and strong relationship-building skills. This person understands livestock supply chains, enjoys working directly with producers and industry partners, and is passionate about advancing practical solutions that improve farm resiliency, environmental performance, and long-term supply sustainability. Experience in agriculture, beef production, sustainability programs, food systems, or supply chain management is valued, as is the ability to work collaboratively across multiple countries and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
