DWS serves its thousands of customers in diverse markets through three major technology verticals: Ion Exchange Resins (IER), Reverse Osmosis Elements (RO), and Systems & Filtration (S&F).
Role Overview
Europe/Middle East Regional Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader for Systems & Filtration in DuPont Water Solutions, this role will translate global segment strategy into region-specific priorities and lead execution across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role is responsible for defining where to play and how to win locally, building regional action plans, and partnering closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom, and Global Segment Marketing to accelerate growth in Systems and Filtration technologies.
As the regional champion for strategic marketing execution, the RMM will develop deep insight into regional market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulations, channels, installed base, and value-chain decision makers. The role owns regional activation for priority segments, including customer targeting, demand generation, product launch execution, channel effectiveness, trade show presence, share-gain initiatives, and continuous voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence feedback. The successful candidate will bring strong external focus, go-to-market discipline, and the ability to work with Commercial teams to convert strategy into measurable regional growth outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Translate global Systems & Filtration segment strategy into region-specific priorities.
- Develop short regional strategy packs for priority segments.
- Own regional execution plans for priority segments.
- Build and manage regional target lists and value-chain intelligence.
- Clarify whether regional growth gaps are demand-driven or execution-driven.
- Partner with Commercial teams to identify new customers and drive share-gain efforts.
- Lead regional channel marketing effectiveness.
- Own local demand generation and market activation.
- Support regional growth goals for managed technologies.
- Drive regional innovation and product launch execution.
- Lead regional trade show selection and execution.
- Execute regional voice-of-customer activities.
- Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required in a business or technical field; MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in strategic marketing, market development, product management, or a related role preferred.
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
- Strong strategic marketing capability.
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar markets.
- Highly motivated, results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the water treatment industry is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
