This role is ideal for someone who can help support clients in their own homes primarily during evenings (3–4x a week) and alternate weekends. Flexibility is key, and we’ll discuss scheduling during your initial discussion.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, personalised care aligned with individual needs.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help prepare and organise nutritious meals and support with nutrition.
  • Support administration of medication, prescriptions, and ensure safe disposal.
  • Handle light housekeeping tasks (tidying, laundry, general cleaning).
  • Be a reliable, friendly familiar face for your clients.

Requirements

  • A kind, compassionate, and calm demeanour when supporting individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Willingness to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs.
  • A full UK driving licence (with access to a vehicle).
    • Previous care experience is beneficial but not mandatory—full training will be provided.
