We’re particularly looking for someone who can take evening shifts (3–4x/week) and alternate weekends. Availability will be discussed during your initial conversation.

As a Care Assistant, your key duties will include:
- Delivering personalised, high-quality care to meet each individual’s unique needs
- Assisting with paramt ISPentle care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and health & well-being promote
- Supporting health and nutrition including meal prep and meal assistance
- Managing medication, prescriptions and safe disposal where required
- Handling light housekeeping, including tidying, laundry and basic cleaning tasks
- Building trusting, friendly relationships as a familiar and reliable face for your clients

Requirements
- A genuine desire to make a difference in someone’s life
- Compassionate, calm, and empathetic approach to care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to follow care plans (training provided if needed)
- A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle for client visits (essential)
Previous care experience is beneficial but not mandatory—we’ll train you fully.
