At Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy we are seeking a hardworking and reliable Evening Cleaner to join our dedicated premises team.
Working Weeks
43 weeks per year (39 weeks school time including inset days & 20 days during school holidays)
Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 15:30 – 18:30
- Wednesday: 14:30 – 17:30 Total: 3 hours per day, 15 hours per week
Role Purpose
The successfully appointed Evening Cleaner will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Carrying out cleaning tasks throughout the Academy, including deep cleaning during holiday periods
- Maintaining health and safety standards and reporting any concerns
- Handling cleaning chemicals safely and in line with COSHH requirements
- Following all ** Academy policies and procedures**
