Cleaner – Leamington Spa (CV31 3RG)
Location: Leamington Spa, CV31 3RG Wage: From £13.10 per hour
About the Role
Goldcrest Cleaning are recruiting a team of cleaners for a newly awarded contract in Leamington Spa.
The positions will initially require 5 evenings per week (30 hours per month), working Monday to Friday (5.30pm – 7.30pm), later expanding to 2.5-hour shifts across five days.
You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across toilets, stairs, meeting rooms, corridors, and other specified areas, following a structured cleaning specification.
This role is essential and requires previous cleaning experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Ensure all tasks meet high standards of cleanliness within allocated timeframes
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to supervision without delay
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment when needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Must be reliable in commuting to and from work independently
- Strong customer service skills with fluent English communication
- Attention to detail, with a proactive and thorough work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adjust working hours as required by the client
