We understand that people often have other commitments in addition to work, so we offer part-time positions with flexible hours. You must be able to work at least 17 hours each week. This can be spread across a minimum of 3 set evenings per week 17:00 – 21:00 and working each Saturday 08:00 – 13:00.

You would need to be able to join our induction programme which runs from Tuesday 8th September for the first 6 weeks between 17:00 - 21:00 Tuesday to Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00. You would then move to part time evening/Saturday hours once your training has been completed with fixed shift patterns - days to be agreed.

This role is a target driven role with lots of variety. Responsibilities include assisting customers with water bills, refunds, payment plans, and change of occupier, as well as addressing issues with water supply. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We provide full training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

After training there will be the opportunity to support our digital team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by being flexible to resolve all customer contacts within the company timescales and contribute to customer satisfaction score.
  • Maintain focus on meeting targets and adhere to business processes, data protection, regulatory compliance and attendance.
  • Build relationships with peers and colleagues to enhance the team working environment, resolve customer problems and ensure successful productivity.
  • Proactively use information and resources to ensure that skills and knowledge are kept up to date and continuously developed.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings with team, peers and colleagues.
  • To be part of a standby rota emergency periods.

You'll need:

  • Achieved GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Dedication to finding the best solutions to problems.
  • Excellent computer abilities.
  • Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.

  • Previous customer service / call centre experience would be advantageous.

Compensation package:

£11,923 starting salary (pro rota for 17hrs p/week) + bonus
