About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Document Production Specialist to join our Document Production Centre, working 35 hours per week. The successful applicant will:
- Provide high-quality support to fee earners, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and exceptional client service
- Operate within set shift hours (2 PM–10 PM, Monday–Friday), with the option for a split shift (8 AM–11 AM in addition to the mandatory 6 PM–10 PM slot)
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, amend, and format complex legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Proofread and conduct quality checks to guarantee accuracy and consistency
- Assemble and update electronic bundles and ‘bibles’
- Balance multiple tasks with tight deadlines and varying priorities
- Collaborate closely with fee earners to deliver a professional and efficient service
- Help drive the continuous improvement of production standards

Key Requirements
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
- Prior experience in document production (preferably legal)
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office:
- Word (complex formatting, amendments)
- Excel (data handling)
- PowerPoint (document presentation)
- Outlook (communication tools)
- Experience with documents in fast-paced legal environments
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Effective communication, organisation, and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining his or her professional standards
