Document Production Specialist
Description
We are looking for an experienced Document Production Specialist to join the Document Production Centre, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide high-quality document production support to our fee earners, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Standard hours are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a split-shift option available (8:00 AM–11:00 AM and 6:00 PM–10:00 PM).
The Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our fee earners by delivering accurate, high-quality document production services within a fast-paced legal environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing, amending, and formatting complex legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Proofreading and quality-checking work to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Creating and maintaining electronic bundles and bibles.
- Managing competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Working closely with fee earners to ensure a professional and efficient service.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the Document Production Centre.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining the highest quality standards. Essential requirements include:
- Previous document production experience.
- Typing speed of 60+ wpm.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience in formatting complex legal documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
