Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Qualifications We're looking for a fun & passionate full-time Evening Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team at MAM London, part of Novotel London Blackfriars. Shift Details: Shifts typically run between 5pm/6pm – 10:00pm/11:00pm Weekend availability is essential and full flexibility across the week is required Tasks: Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu Answer all questions about beverages and the food Prepare all the drinks (Cocktails, spirits, softs, beers, coffees) Take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system Ensure quality service in the dining room and serve meals Prepare the bills for beverages and meals ordered and balance daily transactions Take reservations and greet the take-out counter customers Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness Apply safety regulations Comply with equipment usage guidelines Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant Ensure your work area is clean Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: "Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
