What You’ll Do
As an Evening Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during the evening. This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Evening Room Attendants.
- Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Reception Manager you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy's.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.

What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Attention to Detail - You can spot small things that need cleaning or fixing.
- Good Communication - You can talk politely and listen carefully to guests and your team.
- Ability to Follow Instructions - You can understand and complete tasks as asked.
- Time Management - You can work within set timeframes to clean rooms or do other tasks.
- Team Player - You work well with others and can ask for help when needed.
- Energetic - You are comfortable with moving around, lifting, and being on your feet for most of the day.
- Willingness to Learn - You are open to learning how to use cleaning equipment and follow safety rules.
Preferred Skills
- Previous Experience - You’ve worked as an evening room attendant in a 5 star hotel before.
- Knowledge of Customer Service - You know how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Problem-Solving Skills - You can handle small issues, like replacing missing items.
- Positive Attitude - You approach work with enthusiasm and a smile.
