Evening & Weekend Care Assistant Right at Home Swindon £15.20 per hour 40p per mile mileage allowance Make a Difference in Your Community At Right at Home Swindon, we provide outstanding care and support to people in their own homes, helping them remain independent, safe and comfortable. We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team for evening and weekend work. What You'll Be Doing As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients with a range of daily tasks, including: Personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting Medication support and reminders Preparing meals and drinks Providing companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping duties Assisting with mobility and transfers Helping clients attend appointments or social activities Promoting independence and wellbeing Every visit is an opportunity to make a real difference to someone's day.
