Events & Bar Operations Assistant
The Clubhouse, Ruislip & Hey Global Events Ltd
We're looking for an energetic, hands-on individual to join our growing team in a varied role where no two days are the same.
Based at The Clubhouse in Ruislip, you'll work across our private hire venue, multifunctional football stadium and astro turf facilities, as well as travelling to external events across the UK. From premium weddings and corporate events to brand activations, festivals and sporting events, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Bartending at private and corporate events
- Pre-batching fresh cocktails for off-site events
- Stock management and inventory control
- Setting up bars and event spaces ready for service
- Cleaning, maintaining and presenting the venue to a high standard

Secondary Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vans
- Assisting with the build and installation of mobile bars
- General event logistics and operational support
- Supporting the wider team wherever required
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar experience is essential
- Confident making cocktails and working in busy environments
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Happy to travel and work at venues across the UK
- Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
