About This Role: The Events Coordinator is part of the EMEA/APAC events logistics team and reports to the Manager, EMEA event operations. Our ideal candidate for this position is a fast-paced, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual. Job Description: Manage various components of event operations. These may include catering, meeting room specifications, audio-visual tools, internet, signage, registration, website updates, mobile app coordination, agendas, special events, and VIP travel needs. Handle event materials, such as lanyards, badges, tent cards, and décor items. Coordinate registration needs, including sessions, attendee messaging, scanning, registration codes, and others. Create and edit event app in Cvent, monitoring for quality control. Facilitate analysts’ one-on-one meetings and roundtable sessions at events, ensuring accurate information is listed on the website and in the scheduling tool. Travel to events to interact with clients and provide top-notch customer service while overseeing sponsor lead retrieval, meeting coordination, and the mobile app. Review processes for improvements. Assist with new initiatives as needed. Job Requirements: A BA/BS degree; a strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience. At least some professional experience, preferably related to live events. A detail-oriented approach; excellent organization and prioritization skills. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as a valued, contributing member of a team. The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
