Role: Events Coordinator
Hours: 16 hours per week

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a creative and well-organised individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be based in London, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a friendly and presentable demeanour. If you have a background in handling high-profile clients and a passion for wellness events, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Onsite Event Support: Assist with event set-up, take-down, logistics, and maintain a visible presence during events.
- Event Planning and Execution: Aid in planning events, including schedules, and ordering.
- Client and Attendee Communication: Respond to clients and attendees in real-time, handling changes and unforeseen circumstances professionally.

Candidate Requirements:
- London-based
- Previous experience in events
- Strong organisational skills
- Friendly and presentable demeanour
