Event Coordinator and Host
Pay: £15-25/hr on event days + commission + opportunity for equity based on performance

Location: London
What You Will Do
- Host weekly events and represent one of the biggest startup communities in the country
- Welcome founders, investors, and partners and keep the energy high
- Own B2B sales outreach to sponsors and corporate clients
- Run ice breakers, guide conversations, and help guests make real connections
- Coordinate with speakers, and sponsors
- Maintain brand quality across B2B and B2C interactions
- Support expansion as we grow across new cities
Who You Are
- Already based in London and able to attend events in person every week
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong at B2B sales or very confident you can become strong with coaching
- Passionate about startups and tech
- Confident with people and comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Organised, reliable, and quick thinking
- Interested in founders, early stage companies, and the wider ecosystem
- Bonus if you bring design or technical skills
