Events & Partnerships Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
The Opportunity
Lanova Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and growing business to recruit an Events & Partnerships Executive.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional events, and creating memorable client experiences. You'll play a key role in planning exclusive client events while developing and maintaining partnerships that support business growth.

The Role
As the Events & Partnerships Executive, you'll be responsible for managing an exciting calendar of client events while building strong relationships with business partners and introducers.
You'll coordinate every aspect of event delivery, nurture existing partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and represent the business professionally at networking events, client functions, and industry gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and deliver a calendar of exclusive client events and experiences.
- Manage events from concept through to delivery, including venue sourcing, suppliers, guest lists, logistics, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external partners to deliver outstanding event experiences.
- Act as the host and main point of contact during events.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve future events.
- Maintain accurate event records and communications.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing business partners and introducers.
- Proactively identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Create structured engagement plans to maintain long-term partner relationships.
- Coordinate partner visits, hospitality, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of opportunities.
- Track partnership activity and provide regular insights to management.
- Attend networking and industry events to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
About You
- Previous experience within events, partnerships, account management, business development, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence representing a business at external events.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
