Showmasters Events Management Limited is the shared services company behind a range of leading UK events and entertainment brands, including Brick Festival, Creed Conventions, Card Market Events, and Showmasters. Our office-based teams work across multiple brands, providing the expertise and support needed to deliver events, manage customer experiences, and drive business growth throughout the year.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Junior Event Coordinator at Creed Conventions Ltd, located in Milton Keynes. The role involves working closely with the management team to coordinate and manage event partners, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting event planning activities. Please note this role is full-time, permanent, and flexible to suit the role/event calendar, including weekends. Therefore, you must be flexible.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery of various events to include sourcing operational quotes, partner and provider liaison.
- Manage email communications with participants, traders, and attendees.
- Prepare event documentation, including lists, schedules, and on-the-day paperwork.
- Liaise with venues via phone and email to gather and confirm event requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the events team as required.
- Undertake supportive administration for events.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence to speak on a telephone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or equivalents.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous admin or events experience preferred but not essential.
- No formal qualifications are required, but a proven record of ability to deliver will be requested.
