About the Role
Join the People2Events Team! People2Events is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Freelance Event Crew to add to our expanding team. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about contributing to live events, festivals, exhibitions, sporting events, and corporate functions, we’d be delighted to connect with you.
Applications are welcome from both industry veterans and newcomers eager for hands-on experience — a strong work ethic and positive attitude are what matter most.

- Event build and de-rig
- Load and unload equipment
- Provide stage, production, and site support
- Install barriers, fencing, and signage
- Set up event furniture and equipment
- Assist production and event management teams
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Perform general labouring and event support duties

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for individuals who embody:
- Reliability and punctuality
- Physical fitness and comfort with manual labour
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to attend evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts

- Legally entitled to work in the UK
- Aged 18+
- Own transport is (highly preferred but) optional
