Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality hot and cold dishes to specification, ensuring consistency and excellent presentation
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet service demand
- Collaborating with Front of House teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Ensuring all food meets quality standards for taste, appearance, and portion control
- Supporting stock management, including rotation, stock takes, and reducing waste
- Completing all daily kitchen records and compliance checks
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and fully compliant with hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Food Hygiene Level 3 certification (essential)
- Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
