We're searching for a brilliantly conceptual Creative Lead to join one of the world's most respected luxury event agencies.
This isn't about designing graphics, it about designing unforgettable experiences.
You'll take ideas from blank page to breath-taking reality, creating immersive concepts, guest journeys, visual narratives and extraordinary moments for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and iconic global luxury brands.
If you're currently working in a creative agency, brand studio or experiential environment and want your ideas to exist beyond the screen, this could be the career-defining move.

We're looking for someone who:
- Thinks concept first and executes beautifully.
- Lives and breathes design, fashion, architecture, travel, hospitality and culture.
- Creates stunning mood boards and presentations that sell ideas.
- Loves storytelling as much as aesthetics.
- Wants to create experiences people remember for the rest of their lives.
You'll be working on:
- Ultra-luxury private parties and celebrations.
- Destination weddings.
- Exclusive international events.
- Experiences for UHNW clients and iconic global brands.
- Creative concepts, guest journeys, entertainment, styling and immersive environments.
You'll thrive if you have experience in:
- Creative agencies.
- Experiential or brand experience agencies.
- Event design.
- Retail or spatial design.
- Hospitality or luxury lifestyle.
- Live experiences, exhibitions or immersive environments.

You'll need:
- Around 5+ years' creative experience.
- A portfolio full of original ideas and beautiful execution.
- Confidence presenting concepts to clients.
- Excellent visual storytelling and presentation skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar.
