Our client, a prestigious and versatile venue, known for hosting a wide array of functions, is looking for a commercially minded Event Sales Executive to drive business across a diverse event calendar.

As an Event Sales Executive, you will be a central point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales process to the operational delivery of their events. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, creating tailored proposals, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to event enquiries and guiding clients through the booking process.
  • Creating tailored proposals and quotations to meet client requirements.
  • Conducting venue tours and showcasing facilities to prospective customers.
  • Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieving sales objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, accommodation, and catering packages.
  • Managing confirmed bookings and coordinating all event details with clients.
  • Preparing accurate event documentation and ensuring information is communicated clearly across departments.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure every event is fully planned and prepared.
  • Acting as a key point of contact during selected events, providing support and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities for future business.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
