The role combines project management, event delivery, stakeholder engagement, marketing coordination, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment focused on student success.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Delivery

  • Coordinate and manage a portfolio of student engagement activities from concept through to evaluation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering preparation, execution, and post-event activities.
  • Design event experiences that support career exploration, employability development, industry awareness, networking, and skills acquisition.
  • Organise virtual and in-person events, including workshops, webinars, employer showcases, competitions, and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, platforms, venues, speakers, and supporting resources.
  • Conduct technical rehearsals and platform testing to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Gather participant feedback and use insights to improve future programmes.

Student Engagement and Marketing

  • Create and implement promotional campaigns to maximise registrations and attendance.
  • Work with marketing teams to attract relevant student audiences for each initiative.
  • Build awareness of events through targeted communications and outreach activities.
  • Develop compelling event content and messaging that encourages participation.
  • Monitor registration trends and engagement levels, adjusting activity where required to achieve targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
