Join the team behind unforgettable experiences

Silverstone Museum is looking for a proactive, commercially minded Events Executive to help grow and deliver our exciting venue hire and events programme. From corporate meetings and hospitality events to large-scale celebrations and museum-hosted experiences, you'll play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships and ensuring exceptional event delivery from enquiry through to completion.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving venue hire sales and converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Conducting venue tours and showcasing the museum's unique event spaces.
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering a wide variety of events and venue hire bookings.
  • Working closely with internal teams, caterers and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Managing event administration, contracts, invoicing and booking systems.
  • Representing Silverstone Museum at networking events, exhibitions and industry showcases.
  • Gathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance our events offering.
  • Supporting evening and weekend events when required.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in events, venue hire, hospitality, sales or customer relationship management.
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working towards sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to support events outside normal working hours when required.
