The Role
As an Event Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B events and experiences. Working closely with Event Managers and senior team members, you will assist across logistics, supplier coordination, budgets, attendee management, and onsite delivery to ensure successful event execution.
You will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency while helping deliver engaging and memorable event experiences for clients and attendees.
Responsibilities
Proposal & Pitch Support
- Assist with gathering information and preparing materials for proposals and pitches
- Support the coordination of presentations, research, and event documentation
- Maintain organised proposal and project records
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support event planning activity across logistics, scheduling, and operational delivery
- Assist with venue research, supplier coordination, attendee communications, and event documentation
- Coordinate project timelines, trackers, and administrative tasks
Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Assist with venue arrangements, transportation, accommodation, shipping, and equipment setup
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm schedules and deliverables
- Support supplier research and quote gathering
Onsite Event Support
- Support onsite setup, registration, signage, attendee management, and logistics
- Assist with event materials, branding, and operational coordination
- Help troubleshoot onsite issues alongside the wider event team
Budget & Reporting Support
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, invoice processing, and reporting
- Maintain accurate project and financial records
- Support post-event feedback collection and reporting processes

Practice Support
- Support internal marketing initiatives and event case study development
- Assist with research into venues, suppliers, and industry trends
- Contribute to maintaining high standards across the Event Practice
Requirements
- Preferable bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Previous experience or exposure within an event marketing or agency environment preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and event management tools
- Flexibility to support onsite events, including evenings and weekends
