Event Executive

Keen to be part of the engine behind one of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Internal Communications team where you’ll make a real impact!

As the Internal Communications Executive, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging internal events and communications. This is a highly visible role where you'll take ownership of event planning and execution, while helping to create impactful communications that drive employee engagement and support key business objectives.

The Role:

  • Coordinate and deliver internal events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage event operations, including suppliers, venues, production requirements, logistics, and compliance processes.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure seamless event execution and a positive attendee experience.
  • Create and distribute event-related communications, including invitations, updates, briefing materials, and post-event content.
  • Monitor feedback and outcomes to support continuous improvement across future activities.
  • Contribute to wider employee engagement and internal communications projects as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience within events, internal communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with confidence, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
