We are now seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Event Management and Support Specialist to join our Event Management Support division. You'll be joining a specialist team that provides end-to-end support to one of our largest corporate banking clients, whose teams span Germany, the UK, and the US.
The Role
As an Event Management and Support Specialist, you'll function as an extension of our clients' internal events teams. Using the Eventogy platform, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle—from initial planning to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating branded event websites tailored to each project
- Managing delegate communications and registrations using integrated CRM tools
- Building live engagement tools, such as event apps
- Providing tailored reporting solutions
- Delivering hands-on, responsive technical support and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities
- Align with the client’s event objectives and execute end-to-end support via the Eventogy platform
- Build customised event websites for every project
- Manage attendee registration and communication flows using our CRM system
- Configure and maintain live engagement tools, including:
- Polling
- Q&A sessions
- Messaging walls
- Push notifications
- Generate detailed, customised reports using the Eventogy analytics suite
- Provide proactive, hands-on technical support and troubleshoot issues throughout the event lifecycle
- Ensure seamless delivery of all client events, delivering exceptional outcomes
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Business-level fluency in German (essential) – ALS KEY TO WORKING WITH OUR CLIENT
- Prior experience with event management software or similar platforms (mini-RM ricevuto)
- Exceptional technical aptitude, including the ability to learn new tools quickly and solve problems independently
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building and sustaining trusted client relationships
- Ability to analyse data and craft personalised reports
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication
- (Preferred – not required) Prior experience in event management
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to shift-based hours, including EU and US time zone needs

Location
This is a hybrid role with shift-based work. Candidates are expected to be physically present in our Farringdon, London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
