We have an exciting position available for an event manager at IllumiNaughty. If you’d like to be part of this ground-breaking production team, managing critical aspects of the event across London’s leading venues, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out administrative duties such as booking hotels for staff and artists
  • Setting clear objectives and targets for events, alongside plans for how to meet these
  • Developing ideas for event promotion
  • Gathering feedback and data after an event (e.g., on attendance or sign-ups to the website) and using it to inform decisions/future plans
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas for all aspects of event production
  • Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly
  • Problem solving and hosting during an event
  • Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on each event
  • Communicating, maintaining, and developing relationships with agencies and suppliers
  • Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team
  • Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
  • Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
