Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global - Event Manager
Located at the heart of Formula 1’s premium hospitality offering, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global partners with F1 to deliver world-class dining experiences within the exclusive F1 Garage. Combining Michelin-starred culinary expertise with the excitement of the race weekend, this iconic partnership creates immersive, luxury hospitality experiences for guests at Grand Prix events around the world, blending exceptional food, outstanding service.
We are looking for a highly organised, driven and experienced Event Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of this incredible F1 Hospitality Programme across multiple international race events.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or consideration for a permanent opportunity, subject to business requirements.
About the Role
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple F1 hospitality events across the international race calendar
- Own event timelines, ensuring all milestones, deliverables and dependencies are managed effectively
- Coordinate internal teams across culinary, operations, bar, hosting and leadership functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, agencies and event partners
- Manage budgets, track costs and support post-event financial reconciliation
- Oversee event logistics, including travel, accommodation, freight, accreditation, inventory and equipment planning
- Lead on-site event delivery, ensuring all operational and guest experience standards are met
- Act as the key escalation point for operational challenges during live events
- Conduct post-event reviews and implement improvements for future race delivery

About you
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing complex projects and have a passion for delivering exceptional live experiences on a global scale.
- Proven experience in event, hospitality or programme management within luxury hospitality, sporting events or premium experiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and complex international logistics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Commercially aware with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel internationally throughout the year
- Passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences
