Event Delivery

From receiving the client brief through to creative concept development, planning and execution, you will lead every stage of the event lifecycle. We need someone who can transform ideas into culturally relevant, commercially successful experiences, taking ownership of concept creation, project planning, budgeting, supplier management, logistics, production, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation, while consistently exceeding client expectations.

  • Brainstorm and research creative concepts that provide that wow/unexpected experience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple events simultaneously.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and production schedules.
  • Manage all event logistics including venues, suppliers, staffing R&Rs, production, transport and guest experience.
  • Produce comprehensive RoS, production schedules and risk assessments.
  • Lead event delivery on-site, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client experience.
  • Manage event breakdown and post-event reporting (working with the wider team across talent deliverables, coverage etc).

Client Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry partners, acting as a trusted advisor throughout every project. We need someone who communicates with confidence, presents ideas, timelines and budgets effectively, and consistently delivers an exceptional client experience. You'll actively leverage and grow your own professional network to identify new business opportunities, strengthen our supplier base and bring valuable connections that help drive the agency forward.

  • Act as day-to-day contact for event clients.
  • Build trusted relationships through excellent communication and proactive problem solving.
  • Present event plans, timelines and budgets confidently.
  • Ensure projects exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, developing creative concepts, budgets and delivery approaches.
  • Attend and present in pitches, helping to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts through experiential campaigns and partnerships.
  • Ensure all events comply with legal and safety requirements.
  • Produce risk assessments and event documentation.
  • Manage licensing, insurance and compliance requirements.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage event budgets.
  • Track spend throughout projects.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers.
  • Be accountable for project profitability, ensuring budgets are managed effectively while maintaining exceptional creative and production standards.

Supplier & Production Management

  • Source and manage venues and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Manage production companies, AV, fabrication, catering, security, transport and entertainment.
  • Build and maintain an outstanding supplier network.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure all events comply with legal and safety requirements.
  • Produce risk assessments and event documentation.
  • Manage licensing, insurance and compliance requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Brief and manage freelance staff and production teams.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, creating opportunities for growth and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Help shape and evolve EYC's events offering, processes and standards as the agency grows.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive working environment.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-event evaluations.
  • Measure project success against objectives.
  • Recommend improvements to internal processes and future activations.

Agency Operations & Office Management

  • Support the day-to-day running of the agency, ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally.
  • Lead operational projects such as office moves, fit-outs, building works and workplace improvements.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, facilities providers and other operational suppliers.
  • Oversee office maintenance, health & safety, and ensure the workplace remains a welcoming and functional environment for the team and clients.
  • Coordinate internal logistics, ensuring the agency has the resources, equipment and operational support needed to run smoothly.
  • Provide operational support to the Managing Director and leadership team on wider business initiatives as required.

Full time. Hybrid 3 days a week based in our office in Wapping, London.
