Event Manager
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Manager to join a global finance group.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders, including visitors, clients, and internal teams.
- Oversee events for both internal and external clients, including conferences, roadshows, town halls, and corporate entertainment such as dinners, drinks receptions, yoga sessions, and barbecues.
- Manage events with capacities of up to 300 attendees.
- Organise workloads and prioritise tasks within a busy, fast-paced department overseeing approximately 80–100 events per month.
- Lead and manage the Events team (3 team members) and the Advance Booking Office team (4 team members).

- Previous experience in corporate or luxury hotel events.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
- Committed to continuous improvement and achieving excellence.
- Skilled at building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
- An ambitious leader with excellent people management skills.
