Event Project Manager - Oxfordshire
Hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days p/w), but you must be able to drive!
Are you an Events Exec or Manager with experience of incentive travel?
We’re working with a marketing group who create high-impact events for brands like Microsoft, HP and Royal Caribbean. They’re looking for an experienced event professional to join their friendly team ASAP.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of international events (live & virtual)
- Owning client relationships and shaping event concepts
- Managing budgets, suppliers, venues and full project lifecycle
- Bringing bold, creative ideas that genuinely wow clients

You'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in events
- A background in corporate incentive travel
- Proven delivery of large, complex projects
- A creative, detail-driven and client-facing mindset
