Event Manager
The Role
- End-to-end event delivery: This will include advisory boards, internal conferences and standalones and HCP focused projects managed from brief to post-event reporting
- HCP engagement & compliance: you’ll be all over contracts, honoraria, ToV reporting & regulatory requirements
- Client & stakeholder management: You’re inhouse so you are the primary point of contact for HCPs and internal teams on logistics, travel and communications
- Commercials: you’ll negotiate contracts, manage POs, build & manage budgets and reconcile post event
- On-site delivery: you'll love being onsite, making sure everything is delivered to perfection

What You'll Bring
- Corporate event experience: agency or in-house & ideally with pharma or life sciences experience
- Proven PM-level delivery: you’ll have managed complex programmes independently & be comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong client management skills: comfortable owning relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external HCPs / KOLs

The Detail
- Location: W London / Middlesex office, 3 days per week | 2 days WFH
- Contract: 1-year FTC | potential to go permanent
- Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 p.a
