Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Events Manager to oversee the delivery of premium guest programmes and events across our away-from-track and HQ event portfolio.
You will own the full event lifecycle, from concept to on-site execution, collaborating with partners, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to create world-class experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Design & Delivery
- Work with the wider team to develop and deliver new event concepts, ensuring offerings align with Williams’ brand identity and Partner goals.
- Define clear objectives for each event and apply creative thinking to elevate the guest experience.
- Support the Senior Experiences Manager in consolidating a proven portfolio of event formats while identifying innovative add-ons.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders and external parties, building strong relationships with partners, agencies, and suppliers.
- Direct and coordinate internal colleagues through planning, on-site execution, and post-event reviews, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
- Manage guest communications, itineraries, and real-time program updates to keep guests informed and supported.
- Attend, host, and oversee selected events, resolving issues under fast-paced conditions.

Travel, Logistics & Supplier Management
- Source and manage accommodation, transport, transfers, and on-site logistics for events globally.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and upholding service standards.
- Lead provider teams during on-site delivery to ensure performance meets event requirements.
- Procure bespoke dining, venues, and custom gifting per Partner briefs.
Budget & Administration
- Own programme budgets from start to finish, ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and process compliance.
- Maintain event documentation (timelines, contracts, evaluations, etc.).
- Oversee promotion, invitations, and the events booking platform.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Line manage a direct report, supporting their development through objectives, feedback, and learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality & Events team to drive creative excellence across guest programmes.
- Work with colleagues to optimise processes for efficiency and consistency.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Support the Concierge team—venue sourcing, travel logistics, and on-site assistance for F1 races and race weekends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of events and hospitality management experience, with a preference for high-end luxury environments.
- Experience in hospitality, guest management, and travel logistics.
- Track record of delivering complex, high-touch guest programmes.
- Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH) recommended but not mandatory.
- Second language fluency advantageous but not essential.
