About the Role
This temporary role supports a senior-level advisory programme by planning and delivering small, high-touch events for CEOs and C-suite leaders across the region.
The Events Manager works closely with global and regional leadership to:
- Coordinate venues
- Manage invitations
- Prepare event content
- Brief speakers
- Oversee on-site logistics
- Ensure seamless delivery with exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in events planning or corporate administration
- Proven ability in:

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with leadership to align events with programme objectives
- Secure venues and vendors, ensuring quality and value
- Design and execute invitation strategies and guest engagement
- Manage content creation, speaker arrangements, and logistics
- Oversee on-site event execution to minimise issues and maximise impact
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive settings
- Assist in reporting and advocating for continuous programme improvement
- Support special projects beyond core event duties
